The Heroine charged into battle while the Wizard fell back and drew some symbols on the floor. As the Wizard started casting a spell he explained that his magic wasn’t strong enough to hurt the Demon Lord — so he was casting a spell to negate the use of magic in the area. For now, the battle was won, and the kingdom freed.
